I help women create a living, loving relationship with their bodies through gentle movement and emotional release techniques so they can feel at home in their own skin and can move through life with ease, self-compassion, and authenticity.
I have spent years trying following all the wellness advice—drinking green juices, practicing yoga, meditating, you name it and I still felt disconnected from myself. No matter how hard I tried, there’s a lingering sense that something was missing.
What I have learned is the shift from external fixes to deep, embodied healinig is needet to reconnect with yourself and rebuild a loving, supportive relationship with your body.
