Hi, I'm Leni

​

I’m a somatic practitioner and embodiment coach, but before any of that, I was someone who spent years feeling disconnected from my own body.

​

What started as wanting to “be healthy” turned into years of disordered eating, constant overthinking, and chasing the next thing that might finally make me feel good enough.

​

I tried it all—green juices, yoga, meditation, journaling—but no matter how much I did, I still felt restless, heavy, and stuck.

It wasn’t until I stopped trying to fix myself and started listening to my body that everything changed.

​

Through slowing down, feeling what I’d been holding, and learning to trust my body’s wisdom, I finally found the peace and ease I’d been searching for.

​

That’s exactly why I created The Journey Home—to guide you back to that same place within yourself.

Not by doing more.

  • What are the dates of the program?
    April 6th - June 29th 2025
  • What is The Journey Home, and who is it for?
    The Journey Home is for women who feel disconnected from their bodies—whether that shows up as stress, restlessness, self-doubt, or an endless cycle of overthinking. If you’ve tried meditation, self-care, or movement practices but still feel like something is missing, this program will guide you toward a deeper, more lasting transformation.
  • What if I don’t feel ‘in tune’ with my body yet?
    That’s exactly why The Journey Home exists. You don’t need to have any experience with embodiment work to begin. This program will gently guide you toward reconnecting with your body’s wisdom in a way that feels supportive, not overwhelming.
  • How much time will I need to commit each week?
    You can expect to spend about 90 minutes per week on live calls and 10-20 minutes a day engaging with the practices. This program is designed to fit into your life—not add stress to it.
  • Do I need to attend live calls?
    Live calls are where we dive deeper, answer questions, and integrate the work together. While attending live is encouraged, recordings will be available if you can’t make it.
  • Is this a fitness or workout program?
    NO. This isn’t about changing your body—it’s about deepening your connection with it. While movement is part of the journey, it’s designed to be intuitive, nurturing, and supportive, rather than focused on external results.
  • What if I feel resistant to slowing down?
    That’s completely normal. Many women in The Journey Home have spent years ‘pushing through’ stress or ignoring their body’s signals. This program creates a space where you can safely explore what it feels like to soften, listen, and trust yourself—without judgment.
  • Is there a payment plan available?
    Yes! To secure your spot, a €100 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required. You can choose a payment plan with options to spread payments over 2 or 3 months for your convenience.
  • Can I request a refund if I change my mind?
    Due to the nature of this program and its resources, refunds are NOT offered. Please consider your commitment carefully before enrolling.
  • Are you available for private coaching sessions during the program?
    Absolutely! You’re welcome to book additional private somatic coaching sessions during the program for extra personalized guidance. For those seeking deeper support, "The Blossoming Journey" already includes one private session—an incredible opportunity to dive further into your unique needs and transformation.
  • Will I have access to the materials after the program ends?
    You’ll retain permanent access to the materials given during the program. Additional access to the media library is dependent on your chosen package.
  • What kind of support will I receive during and after the program?
    Throughout the program, you’ll have access to a messaging app group where you can ask questions, share experiences, and connect with others on the same journey. While active facilitation ends when the program concludes, the group remains open for continued connection and mutual support.
  • Can I join if I’m currently in therapy?
    Absolutely! This program can complement therapy beautifully. However, I am not a licensed therapist or healthcare provider, and participation is entirely your own responsibility. If you’re unsure, I recommend consulting your therapist to ensure this program aligns with your healing journey. Please accurately and honestly assess your ability to participate in the group so that everyone can feel as safe and supported as possible.
