2004-2010
I obtained my certifications as a fitness and personal trainer, as well as a sports therapist. In addition, I earned several certificates and diplomas in group fitness training, medical back pain prevention and more, which have helped me develop a diverse and comprehensive skill set.

2013-2023
During this time, I further developed my expertise in the field of yoga and well-being by completing my 200-hour & 300-hour Vinyasa (500 hrs ) teacher training and earning my certification in Jikiden Reiki Zenki Jikiden Reiki Kenkyukai in Kyoto, Japan.
In June 2023 I completed my formation as somatic coach and study continue my studies in alternative healing methods.
2010-2017
I gained extensive experience in the health and wellness industry, working as the head of rehabilitation sports department. Additionally I taught as a professor at Präha Akademie, where I trained students to become instructors themselves. As a freelance personal- and fitness trainer, I provided fitness and yoga services to companies such as Fitness First.
Present
Since 2017, I have been working in Lisbon, Portugal, sharing my knowledge and expertise around well-being with my clients & students in person and online.
My story
Since childhood, I've loved being outdoors, climbing trees, and running around. Movement has always been an integral part of my life. I participated in athletics at school and took up dancing as a teenager. This passion led me to become a fitness instructor.

However, I soon got caught up in the obsession with working out and sculpting my body into an ideal form. I didn't realize that this goal was unattainable, and it became a way to exert control and seek external validation. My self-worth became tied to my physical appearance, causing me deep emotional pain and leading to the development of an eating disorder.

When I moved to Portugal, everything changed. My usual coping mechanisms were no longer available, and my eating disorder worsened as I began to control my food intake even more strictly. My condition deteriorated to the point where I could barely go for a walk longer than an hour. I lost the ability to engage in any sports. During this dark period, I painfully discovered that my physical torment masked unresolved emotional trauma.

Through my recovery, I learned the critical importance of addressing the emotional aspects of well-being. It's essential to question our motives and embrace a holistic approach to living. This journey has taught me that a fulfilling life is centered on movement, mindfulness, and holistic well-being.

With both my personal and professional experience, I am uniquely equipped to guide others toward holistic well-being through movement, health, and somatic practices. Over the years, I have not only overcome my own struggles but also gained extensive knowledge and qualifications as a sports therapist, personal trainer und yoga teacher. I have studied various modalities that connect the body and mind, including somatic coaching and mindfulness practices. My deep empathy, born from personal recovery, combined with my professional expertise, allows me to offer a comprehensive and compassionate approach to wellness. I am dedicated to helping others find their own path to health and fulfilment, integrating the physical, emotional, and mental aspects of well-being.
