It’s been 3 years since that turning point.
Years of coming home to my body, rebuilding trust with myself, and living with a steadiness I never thought possible.
I walked through that dark, winding path and found safety and softness on the other side.
This isn’t theory. It’s lived experience, distilled into a method that has transformed not just my life, but the lives of those I’ve guided through it.
I’m living proof of what happens when healing finally lands in your body and now, it’s my mission to invite you into that same freedom.
Body Alchemy was created to be that path for you.
For years, I lived shackled by the quiet grip of an eating disorder, trapped in a body that felt like both a battlefield and a burden.
I tried every solution I could find: new plans, new mindsets, new “fixes.” But each time life pressed on my triggers, everything I built came crumbling down.
So I began studying, experimenting, and through years of research, professional training, and lived experience, I began to understand that the missing link was the body — the nervous system and it's patterns that keep us looping in survival.
This is why I created
the NeuroFlow Method™.

Hi, I'm Leni,
I’m a somatic practitioner and embodiment coach.
But before I held space for anyone else, I had to learn how to come home to myself.
What began as “trying to be healthy” spiraled into years of chasing perfection.
Disordered eating disguised as discipline. Overthinking as achievement.
Performing like my worth depended on it because I believed it did.
I tried it all: green juices, journaling, yoga, mindset work.
But underneath it? I still felt disconnected and on edge.
The shift didn’t come from another tool.
It came when I stopped trying to fix myself and started listening.
I slowed down.
Felt what I’d been avoiding.
Let go of proving.
And finally trusted my own voice.
