PHASE ONE:
REBUILDING THE HEART BODY BOND

Before you can feel your feelings, the body has to feel safe.

 

We begin with movement designed to help you release chronic holding patterns...the subtle tension in your shoulders, your jaw or gut that says: "I am not safe here."

 

This is about regulation, not discipline.

It's about creating safety in your system so it can receive emotion, not brace against it.

Here you'll begin to trust that your body isn't the enemy. 

It's the home you forgot how to live in.

 

PHASE TWO:
FEEL WITHOUT FIXING

Once we opened up the body we begin noticing...gently...what's there.

Not to analyze it. Not to reframe it. Just to be with it.

You'll learn to read your body’s cues - breath, heart beat, tightness - and begin to notice that once felt like "too much" is actually information your system has trying to share.

And now for the first time you'll know how to listen.

PHASE THREE:
RETURN TO WHOLENESS

We delve into the parts of you labeled as "too sensitive," "too reactive," or "too much."

 

Through guided parts work and compassionate inner witnessing, you'll see that these exiled parts were never bad—they were trying to keep you safe.

 

This phase isn't about reprogramming your identity but reclaiming your wholeness.

PHASE FOUR:
INTEGRATION & EXPANSION

As you progress, you'll feel a shift—not overnight, but as a slow, steady, cellular knowing.

 

This is emotional neutrality—not numbness or detachment, but a calm truth that you can hold all of you, even the messy parts.

 

This is where embodiment becomes your way of life.

Leni

I’m a somatic practitioner and embodiment coach —

but before I held space for anyone else, I had to learn how to come home to myself.

What began as “trying to be healthy” spiraled into years of chasing perfection.
Disordered eating disguised as discipline. Overthinking as achievement.
Performing like my worth depended on it — because I believed it did.

I tried it all: green juices, journaling, yoga, mindset work.
But underneath it? I still felt disconnected and on edge.

The shift didn’t come from another tool.
It came when I stopped trying to fix myself — and started listening.

I slowed down.
Felt what I’d been avoiding.
Let go of proving.
And finally trusted my own voice.

 

That’s the heart behind everything I create.

Helping women return to the wisdom of their bodies —
not through force or striving,
but by softening into safety.
